Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Our sessions are small and often fully booked, so we ask everyone to follow this policy. It means your place can go to someone on the waiting list if you cannot make it.

Our Scheduling Policy

Hart Pilates relies on a reserved booking system. As a small, dedicated studio, every slot is precious. When a session is cancelled late, that time goes unused, and others miss the opportunity to train.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Studio Integrity: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for us to maintain our 1:1 and 2:1 service standards. We reserve the right to restrict future booking access for clients who do not adhere to our cancellation policy.

Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting the time dedicated to your movement practice.

Late arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show.
  • To ensure we stay on schedule for all clients, sessions will conclude at the original finish time regardless of your arrival time.

Package deals

  • Package deals are valid for three months from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded or extended.
  • If you are using one of your package sessions and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up for your session, that credit will be automatically deducted from your pack.

If we cancel a session

Occasionally we may need to cancel a session due to instructor illness or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and the session will be returned to your account in full.

Exceptional circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you have missed a session due to an emergency, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
